I cannot get the sound enabled

when i click on the microphone i cant cet it enabled before starting my video, nor my camera

Please help Thanks

• Are you using the desktop application or web application?
• Check and test your video and the microphone with other tools that allow you to do this
• Check if you have previously disabled both the camera and the microphone
