Hi. I signed up for Loom because I was sent a video from a vendor. I believe they sent it in error. Now I can't cancel Loom and Atlassian. I am told
Your account can't be deleted because:
I don't even have a bill. I just signed up 15 minutes ago. Help!

I think you'll have to downgrade to the free plan first.
Go to your Workspace Settings.
Navigate to the Plan & Billing section.
Now, if your account is integrated with Atlassian billing, you can follow the instructions from here.
Pretty much this:
Visit admin.atlassian.com/billing.
Select Subscriptions, find the product, and select Manage.
Choose Cancel subscription
Lastly, you can follow this official article to delete your account: Delete your account
If nothing 'works,' you can always reach out to billing support: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing and ask them to help out with this.
