I have no access to domain that is registered in the system so I can't get this code that is necessary to login.  
I didn't loging long time  and I don't remember my link, and without this I can't contact with support.
To ask anything support In private tickets I have to loging to my account, and I can't login. 
How I can change my email address that I can login? 
How I can cancel subscription without login? 
How I can contact with support without loging to account that I can't login and without knowing my Private loom link?
It's crazy that the only way to contact with support in such situation is publishing post on public forum

Loom support is simply nonexistent. I can't log in to my account, you force me to post on a public forum, and you don't respond on forum and to private messages. At the same time, you have no problem charging me for a subscription I can't cancel because I can't log in. I'm paying for something I don't have access to.
