If you can't log in to open a ticket, please follow these steps:
  1. Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
  2. In the link, select "Pricing, billing and licensing"
  3. Continue without logging in
  4. Enter your email
  5. In "how can we help you" select "other"
  6. Skip the URL etc
  7. Add your concern in "Your Question" field. This should go to our queue, we can move it to Loom Support.

Hi @Talitha Phillips , where exactly are you trying to login? Can you provide any more details than this? Have you opened a support ticket with Atlassian? Of course if you are on the free tier won't have that option. If that is the case, as another user, I'll do my best to help you out here.

Hi there. I was trying in the new Atlassian portal.  I have the paid version. Nothing was working and when you contact support it just leads back here.  So frustrating!  Good news is that I have a friend who after a few hours was able to help my get past that error.  It had to have been a glitch in their system!
