Since the Loom - Atlassian move has happen i can't find my real account in loom
All videos are gone, and when i sign in with old email i open a new account. I get added to a workspace where there is two Nikon Mårtensson
One red which is wrong and one Blue which is right that i cant login to.
We have pro plan so i cant even handle our billing. This is a critical issue
I'm sorry, that's extremely frustrating. Here's a workaround to get in touch with Loom support without logging in:
- Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
- In the link, select "Pricing, billing and licensing"
- Continue without logging in
- Enter your email
- In "how can we help you" select "other"
- Skip the URL etc
- Add your concern in "Your Question" field. This should go to our queue, we can move it to Loom Support.
