It keeps telling me that it cannot authenticate me. I need to get into my account. I have lots of videos saved and can't get them

Can you try reaching out to Loom support via one of these channels:
The team should be able to check what's going on with your particular account and you can share some additional info there (such as previous workspace ID, your account email/details, etc.)
