Hi i have changed Laptop and I can't access my LOOM account I am paying a subscription and I have my work on. Can you please help the invoice comes through this icloud account fisivu@icloud.com

  1. Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
  2. In the link, select "Pricing, billing and licensing"

If you're unable to log in to open the ticket:

  1. Continue without logging in
  2. Enter your email
  3. In "how can we help you" select "other"
  4. Skip the URL etc
  5. Add your concern in "Your Question" field.
