I am trying to merge my loom account with a trello account

I have been using loom for work for years under my personal email address. I just made a trello account with my work email and wanted to merge them both under my work email. support said to delete the work email one so I could change my loom email to my work email, then merge. that did not work. it still shows the work email as associated with the account I just made. I just want help merging both so I dont lose all my videos on loom and preferably not lose what I already put on my trello account.

To which support did you reach out? I believe you could reach out to Loom support through here: Need help with your Loom account? Here’s how to contact Support (and get help faster)

They should be able to provide you with steps on how to 'merge' these accounts.

Trello is definitelly an 'Atlassian account' while in Loom, you can still have separate accounts that are not yet in the Atlassian ecosystem. This official article might also help: Merge Atlassian and Loom accounts
