To "post" on Loom, you either 

• record and share a new video, or 
• upload an existing file to your library and then share it via a unique link, email, social media, or by embedding it on a website, with easy copy/paste options available for all methods.

You start by recording or uploading from the Loom app or website, then use the "Share" menu to access different distribution options, often by just copying the provided link.

What exactly are you trying to achieve?

In general, Loom comes with a couple of workspace-related access settings, like

• Only workspace can view, or
• Anyone with link can view

By default, videos you record end up in your personal library only. You'll either have to move them into a shared folder or share the video using the Share button in the upper right.
