How to delete a Loom workspace to recreate one with EU residency?

We can't really use Loom without EU Data residency and we have TWC, we are ready to delete the current Loom workspace to get a new one with EU residency, how can that be achieved?

Hello @Sylvie R_

If keeping your data resident in the EU is a strict requirement, I’d highly recommend you opening a support ticket with Atlassian first.

It’s definitely safer to have them confirm the exact billing and provisioning path before you go ahead and delete your existing Loom workspace.

Migration is not available yet.

Hi @Sylvie R_ , hope all is well.

I want to make sure you are aware that if you delete your old Loom workspace you will not be able to transfer the videos, content from that workspace to your new EU one. You will be starting your new EU Loom workspace fresh with new content.

We have the instructions documented here to set up a new EU Loom workspace: https://support.atlassian.com/loom/docs/understand-loom-data-residency/

We have not been created any loom videos that we want to keep since Loom without residency is not something we are allowed to use. So we are still in the experimenting phase.
