How do I view Loom videos

With the Loom integration with Atlassian, how can people still view Loom videos if they don't need a Loom account to create videos? Or does everyone need to have a Loom Creator account to view a Loom video?

Privacy settings control video viewing.

Wording here is pretty straightforward.
