Our team needs to make a fair number of our videos available to the public internet.
I need a way to see at a glance which videos are available beyond the workspace.
Currently I have to click on each video, open share and look to see if "Anyone with the link can view". This is a tedious process when we deal with 50+ videos buried in 150 others.
Please advise.
Thanks, Martin
Hi there!
Currently, only Enterprise admins have the ability to see reports that are filtered by video privacy.
I can certainly see the value of being able to easily identify all of the videos in your library that are public facing! I've passed along your feedback to our product team.
I agree, being able to filter videos by privacy is really valuable. In streaming platforms like Crunchyroll alternatives, managing which titles are public vs restricted often makes a big difference in user experience. Having clearer reporting tools would definitely help.
