How do I access my account - stuck in a verification Loop!

I'm unable to access my Loom account because I'm stuck in a Slack authentication loop.

My account uses Slack login with the Wagonex workspace.

After authenticating with Slack, I'm redirected to a page that says:
I've already tried:

• Incognito mode
• Different browsers
• Logging into Slack first
• Clearing cookies

I need this resolved urgently as I cannot access my Loom workspace for work.

Please investigate my account and the Slack OAuth connection.

Hello @Liz 

You should try to bypass Slack authentication completely.

1. Open the Loom login page.
2. Enter the same email address associated with your existing Loom account.
3. Try the email and password option instead of Continue with Slack.
4. If you never created a password because you originally registered through Slack, use Loom’s
5. password-reset option for that same email address.

Loom profiles may now be linked to Atlassian accounts. If Loom redirects you to Atlassian authentication, use your Atlassian credentials or request a password-recovery link for the same email address. Loom should recognize whether that email belongs to an Atlassian-linked profile.
