How can a company regain Loom workspace admin access when the workspace owner is a former employee?

I am a founder and administrator for my company. It appears a Loom workspace already exists under our company domain, but the employees who originally created and managed it are no longer with the company.

I cannot determine who the current workspace owner is, and I cannot submit a support ticket because support requires login access.

We own and control the company domain and can verify ownership if needed.

What is the proper process to:

1. Identify the workspace associated with our domain

2. Verify company ownership

3. Transfer workspace administration to a current company representative

Any guidance from the Loom or Atlassian team would be appreciated.

Hi @Katie

The fastest approach is to work with your IT team to temporarily recreate the former employee's email address (or add it as an alias to a current employee's mailbox) on your domain. Once that's done, you can trigger a password reset
