How can I disable auto-updates programatically in Loom

We deploy and update Loom on macOS via MDM, but need to turn off Loom's own auto update functionality.

What are the plist values to achieve this?

I've found mention of these 4 in com.loom.desktop, but none of them work:

AutoUpdate

LSAutoUpdateEnabled

SUAutomaticallyUpdate

SUEnableAutomaticChecks

They'll be able to loop in eng as needed to confirm the exact plist structure.
