How can I cancel my loom trial subscription?

@Rosalina Caminade there are two ways you can cancel your plan.

If you have a business plan, you should follow the steps outlined in this article:

If you are using Loom for personal use and access your account by logging in to www.loom.com, you should follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile on the top right of the page.
  2. Select Billing
  3. Under Plan & Billing click Manage Subscription
  4. Click to downgrade your plan to Starter

Thank you for your suggestions, Mr. Andy. I’ve confirmed with Loom Support that no cancellation is required for my trial. They mentioned that my account will automatically downgrade to the free Starter plan once the trial ends, as long as no payment method is added.
