Can you confirm what type of payment was originally made for my subscription as I thought it was an annual fee paid.

Sign in to your Loom account.
Click the “?” help button at the lower-right corner.
As Amanda mentioned, it would be best to open a support ticket so we can ask for more information, and you can share more information about the site there, as this is a public thread and we would like to avoid sharing information about your site here as well.
From our end, I don't see a billing cycle mentioning Annual, but we are not sure if your question is for the site e*************ce-******2.atlassian.net or another site.
