Feature request: record audio only and edit with transcriot

I'm not sure this is the place for a feature request - it would be useful to be able to record audio only in the desktop app and Chrome extension.

Recording audio only on the mobile app doesn't allow use of high quality mics and equipment that can be connected to a laptop.

It would then be helpful to have greater control of the audio input and great to be able to edit the audio transcript as you would a loom.

Based on the official documentation for Loom's platforms:

Mobile (iOS/Android): Already supports audio only recording.

Desktop App & Chrome Extension: Currently record:

Screen Only

Screen + Camera

Camera Only

There is no documented native "audio only" option for the desktop or Chrome extension. For high-quality equipment, you can select the audio input source (microphone/interface) in both the extension and desktop app (e.g., Configure Recording Settings in Chrome Extension), but this is always tied to a video type (screen or camera).

The transcription-based editing feature already exists for video, but there is no specific mention of a dedicated "audio only + text-based editing" workflow for the desktop/extension.
