I am unable to change the email address on my atlassian account. The old one is something that is no longer accessible and the new gmail email does not receive the verification email. It is not showing up in spam or filtered out.
I have read another post that it went through after making a community post, so this is also testing out that theory.
Found out that there was an account the with the new email already created at some point that I did not remember.
