Hi,
I have a number of videos that when downloaded go out of sync with the audio, or simply remove sections of either the audio, or both the video and audi0.
Have been trying to download for days, getting desperate.
Can anyone please help?

I would definitely use the Atlassian Support channel for this as the Community assistance isn't a formal support forum where issues are regularly monitored/tracked.
