I’m on an education plan and following the Loom doc to transfer content between workspaces: https://support.atlassian.com/loom/docs/transfer-content-between-workspaces/
In https://www.loom.com/settings/account I don’t see the “My Workspace Content” section or a “Get Started” button. The page only shows “Manage on Atlassian” and “Download your data”. My workspace has 1 member.
Is this expected for education plan / Atlassian-managed accounts, and how do I transfer my Personal Library content?

Firstly, I want to clarify that for most people, no action is needed regarding the deprecation of the content transfer tool. You'll continue to have full access to your Personal Library videos and screenshots exactly as you do today — this change only affects the ability to move content between workspaces.
If you do have videos or screenshots in your Personal Library that need to move to a different workspace, please transfer them before July 6, 2026.
Instructions for doing so are: From your Settings → Personal → My Account → My Workspace Content --> Get Started.
