I signed up for Atlassian/Loom to try it, and now, two weeks later, want to delete my account. I'm getting this message: "User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements."

I don't have any running subscriptions I know of, and I can't submit a support ticket. This is by far the sleaziest subscription situation I've ever found myself in. What is the solution?

Hi @Arse Christ

Atlassian has recently posted an article outlining how to deal with Loom / Atlassian account issues. Including how to contact Atlassian without an account.

Nothing sleazy, but can be somewhat convoluted. Loom was acquired by Atlassian, it can be used as a standalone app or integrated with other Atlassian apps, where it's an add-on with its own subscription.

Hi @Arse Christ , are there other users associated with the instance? If so you can make them the billing contact. I'm guessing this is possibly a free account so in order to open a support ticket to help you with this, you can choose the "billing" option. That should allow you to create a ticket and Atlassian can assist if my previous suggestions don't help.
