Connect slack with loom

When I try to connect it from the Slack Marketplace, it always redirects me to the step-by-step installation guide, but the app itself never actually gets installed or downloaded.

A first step would be to confirm you are an admin for Loom. Hopefully you have a second admin, and it may be helpful to ask them to try installing it to see if they have the same experience.
