Cannot log into my account

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I upgraded my Loom account (scott@gowithempire.com) but I cannot sign-in. I prefer to use Google Chrome but it defaults to Edge.

 

When I record it keeps looping back to the Sign-in or it cannot authenticate and goes back to the Sign-in.

 

I did attempt to save my account from scott@gowithempire.com to srodfl@gmail.com as I pay for the license for educational purposes. 

Please advise as I was paying $15 each month with Business AI plan but now you are charging me $24 so that is perplexing.

Welcome to the community! 

 

I have no issues logging into Loom. There are 3 methods to get into Loom. 

  • Desktop
  • Chrome Extension
  • Mobile

 

Have you tried any of the other options and see if you have issues logging in. 

Also, clear all your cache and close all your broswers. Just to elimate any caching from previous account logins.
