How can we cancel our subscription if we no longer have our admin login

Without admin access there's no self-serve way to cancel, so your best option is to contact Atlassian Support directly through billing section at support.atlassian.com Explain the situation, they can verify your identity through other means (billing info, company details etc.) and handle the cancellation for you.
