Cancel subscription plan for Loom

Hello.

I registered to get feedback for my work.

When I registered I didn’t saw the categories selected, and apply. I thought it was just informations. 
I actually just need the free package.

I already change the subscription from business+ IA to Business too make it cheaper but I can’t make it  to the starter pack.

How can I cancel my subscription and get the free package ?
