Can you disable mentions in AI meeting notes?

Our team loves using Loom AI for writing up meeting notes - we use it for 90%+ of our meetings and find it super useful.

One thing that we don't like is that it mentions every team member in every meeting note who was invited to the meeting. These mentions seem to just cause unneeded notifications and cause more targeted notifications to get missed. 

Is there a way to have the AI Notetaker not mention all of the attendees at the start of every notes page?

Hi @James Coller,

That would actually be a nice feature request. I don't think there's an option to configure something like that, but I'm 'struggling' with the same thing. So, definitelly +1 from me as it just feels unnecessary for all participants to receive notification, especially if you have a meeting recap being sent out straight after the meeting.
