Can't delete my account

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I registerred, did not agree to any payments, didn't use the app.

Now, I cannot delete my account, it asks me to pay:

"Your account can't be deleted because: user is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements"

How to get rid of this?

Please follow these steps to submit a support ticket:

Go to the Atlassian Support: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/

  1. Under How can we help you?, select Your account.
  2. Under Choose a topic, select Log-in issues.
  3. Scroll down and click Need more help?.
  4. Click Need more help? a second time when it appears.
  5. Input the details of your issue in the Your question box and click Submit.
