Hi. I am trying to log in to my educator account with no luck because it says it is sending a verification email to an address I no longer have access to.
I also get a message saying "Your Trello account now requires you to log in... " I don't have a trello account???
I need help accessing and updating email preferences in my Educator account.
Thank you!
Jessica
Welcome to the community! It sounds frustrating, especially with the confusion around Trello. This usually happens because Atlassian (which owns Loom and Trello) uses a unified Atlassian ID.
Since you no longer have access to that old email address to receive the verification code, you won't be able to bypass this on your own.
I would contact Loom/Atlassian support directly, because this involves account security and email changes, a community member can't "unlock" it for you. You need to use the "Request assistance" button at the top of your post or go to the Atlassian Support Portal. To speed things up, make sure to tell them:
Thanks Martin, I appreciate your help.
I don't see a "Request Assistance" button above my post anywhere.
I've tried using the support portal too, but it asks, "What is the site URL of your app within your organization?" And I don't have this info. I've tried taking a few guesses, but nothing works. Without this, I can't move forward in the support process.
I am not associated with any organization; this is a personal educator account I created.
