Hello there. I updated my email address on my loom account to a new email that I created. I had to update my app and then it made me login in again with my new email and now none of my old videos are there that I need for school. I really need some help with this.

Anyway, your old Loom videos are probably okay and haven't been deleted - it's just a mismatch when it comes to which account they are 'tied to.'
