My bill for my Loom subscription fee went through in December, but every time I log in it sends me to an older account that's only on the starter plan.
I'm using the same email the receipt was sent to but I have no idea how to find this profile now - the login and PW I've saved seems to be for the older account.
I also can't contact support because there is a gatekeeping question asking for my atlassian URL and I don't have one.
Feeling very frustrated. Can anyone please help?
