I recently purchased and paid for the Loom Business plan, but the plan has not been activated on my account.
Invoice: [Invoice number 133CC975-0002]
Problem: Despite successful payment, my account still shows the previous plan tier. I need immediate access to Business plan features for my team.
I urgently request assistance to resolve this billing issue and activate my Business plan as soon as possible.
