Just as I wrote above. It says it can't access it and I can attach a screenshot showing it. I don't have this issue in Firefox or Edge, just Chrome.

Do you use any other extension on your chrome? This problem might be chrome or OS related and most likely has nothing to do with Loom, especially if you have no problem with other browsers. Are you using the latest version of chrome?

Thanks for responding. Yes it's the latest version. The other extensions are pretty basic: Adblock Plus, Pinterest, Glasp. I had used Awesome Screen Recorder before which worked fine. Loom is the only site I am having trouble with. Other sites/ext have no trouble with the camera or mic.
