All of my Looms are gone!

Who else has lost all of their Looms in the transition to new UI. grrr!

@Melanie Fawcett I would make sure that you are logging into Loom with the proper account.  Have you tried logging in via a different browser than Chrome (I am assuming you are using Chrome).  If you are using Chrome it will use the Google account you are logged into in the browser to access your Atlassian account.  This would seem like everything is lost but it is actually on a different account.

Super duper annoying. I was logged into Atlassian w my work account and still I was unable to see my Library. I had to log out of EVERYTHING. Then manually log back in to Confluence and Loom, and at last my Library was available. 

Atlassian should make this super duper clear to log out everywhere. Then manually login everywhere. Ty for pointing me in this direction.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

You created your post in the Confluence Questions forum. Can you confirm that you are referring to UI changes in Confluence? Or does this relate to the Loom app itself?

Can you provide more information? By "lost" do you mean the links to the Loom videos are no longer connecting to the videos? Or do you mean the links themselves no longer show up in the Confluence pages?

Just to jump in here, users have reported some issues with specific pages (example here) not being able to open since a couple of changes in UI (after "Admin tools" have been rolled out) and the team is working on that:

We’re working with the engineering team to resolve this bug and have escalated it to a P1 priority. I will ensure to keep you posted on this thread as soon as we have a fix for this.

The only thing is, they haven't reported it as an incident on their Statuspage.

However, I've checked a couple of our Loom accounts, and for all video sections (Library) seems to be okay. 

@Melanie Fawcett what you could do is to reach out to the official support team via the "Contact Support" option within the widget located in the bottom right corner:

for support members to take a look at your specific workspace and personal library, and what's going on there.
