Hi! I just logged in for the first time since the Atlassian/Loom integration. It appears that Atlassian has no record that I ever had a Loom account, all my videos are missing, there's no record of my upgraded membership plan that I've already paid for and I need to deliver a video in the next 15 minutes. Not a good first look Atlassian. Please help!
