I have changed my business email and information. When I try to delete my old account, it says I can not. It will not let me update the account. I am about to have to flag this as fraud on my Credit Card because it will not let me update anything. All I need is LOOM app to change. There is no support line. No email. This is insane.
Contact Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ - log in with the account you have access to. After you fill in the details and pass thru AI answers, you should see the option to create a ticket. On the bottom, there will be a link to start a live chat.

From anectodal evidence, these account mishaps happen when users are transfered from the original Loom to an Atlassian account.
It wants a URL or SEN or some # to do this, which I don't have. I have attempted to put in an invoice #, but that is not working either.
