Account login trouble

I cannot log into loom after creating an account via enterprise sign-in / my company's workspace. I've tried quitting chrome, clearing cache & cookies, and logging in multiple times. I checked with my company's IT, and loom is an approved enterprise app.

Screenshot included of the error message. Please help! 

Tried logging in from 2 URLs and both throw the same error:
https://www.loom.com/login
https://www.loom.com/spaces/browse/open

Here's a direct way to get in touch with our support team if you're unable to log into Loom:

  1. In the link, select "Pricing, billing and licensing"
  2. Continue without logging in
  3. Enter your email
  4. In "how can we help you" select "other"
  5. Skip the URL etc
  6. Add your concern in "Your Question" field. This should go to our queue, we can move it to Loom Support.
