my account has been suspended. I’m not sure why I need it. Restarted what’s the process this is my second request, I need somebody to get back to me ASAP

As in forums you'll mainly find end customers like myself, I'd probably recommend reaching out here: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing
Select something like "Your Account" > "Log in issues" and the support team should be able to see the account status. 👀
Note that, if your account is managed by an organization, you could also reach out to your Atlassian-related department and check if they can help you out 👈
