How do i package a consultancy firm for atlassian tools in my country?

I am the Jira administrator for an organization i am working for. I feel that the tools offered by Atlassian can do a lot of good for a lot of companies. I am very conversant with Jira service management, and i am currently studying the other tools. 

I want to know how to approach the market as a consultant and for implementation purposes from those who have already done it in the past?
