project management with time tracking, risks, resources, reports and export functionality

We are looking to go for a top vendor or rated project management addon that is compatible with Jira Server 8.x version which will provide our top management a visibility of enterprise wide projects status and transparency on the following functionalities. Any suggestions on such addon would be greatly helpful to us. Thank You!

•  time tracking
• resources availability or overloaded work
• Gantt charts
• custom reporting
• ability to join dependencies for various project tasks
• export into standard file types like Excel, etc.
• easy or simple UI to configure
• Admin configuration options for setting up security, so our critical projects tracking can be hidden and NOT visible to other PMs or Users
• Any other custom functions that I'm not aware of Project management tool :)

Taking into account your requirements, BigPicture seems to be a good match! So let me add just a few words about the plugin. It’s a comprehensive tool that supports project management in every phase, helps to plan, manage and track the projects. 

I will shortly introduce you main functionalities. However, if you share with me more specific requirements, my answer will be more precise. 

Let’s start with the Gantt module.

• Measure the progress not only on a single task level but also on a project or its phases level. The plugin gives you the possibility to aggregate data of statuses, progress, and time tracking. 
• Adjustable WBS - In BigPicture, you can automatically create a no-limited number of WBS levels. Task Structure can be created based on both build-in task attributes (e.g., Epic link, Component, Version, Sprint) as well as links.
• Possibility to visualize and add dependencies between various project tasks
• Automatically scheduled tasks based on sub-box duration or tasks dependencies 
• Scenario mode - explore and compare various plans, schedule alternatives based on changing conditions, and find the best solution.
  The critical path which markes issues directly influencing the project end date

Resources module

The Resources module provides all crucial information to manage resources both at project and portfolio levels but also can give an insight into resource utilization on a PI/Sprint level. You can display capacity, remaining capacity, and allocation both on the individual and Team level, which allows precise analyzing the consumption of currently utilized resources and forecasted availability. Data are color-coded what helps in the quick identification of both overallocation and under- allocation.

BigTemplate
With BigTemplate, you can export any data in one of the formats: pdf, xlsx, MPP, CSV. Once it’s done, it’s ready to distribute, print, send over e-mail, or instant messaging.

Data security
Security and project visibility may be set up on several levels. You can assign users to Global roles and then additionally adjust permissions on the project/box level.

Risks module
Risks heat-map can be used to show the level of risk resulting from the risk assessment by considering the category of probability or likelihood against the category of consequences or severity.

Other available modules:

• Board - whose main purpose is to visualize cross-team dependencies + a customizable Backlog
• Roadmap - a module for long-term planning, which allows defining objectives, helps to lead teams with vision and goals, as well as helps to show a way of where you are going and what do you want to achieve.

Hi @Anna-BigPicture Thanks for the brief introduction of this addon and I started exploring its functionalities and indeed a bit complex and vast tool to configure and use, just the initial usage feeling. It looks like for the functionality that I'm looking for the company wide usage, I need to install BigPicture Enterprise along with BigTemplate addons.

Any other next best addon besides BigPicture in regards to the functionalities that I have included in my initial post?
