Thank you for your response. I am not allowed to share screenshot. Instead you can refer the below sample image. Actually the issue type image is broken and the issue type description (Bug / Change request etc) is overlapping on the further texts of associated jira number and jira description. This is happening with Jira list view.  Please let me know if you are able to understand the issue.

Can you reproduce this issue in the safe mode (with all installed add-ons disabled https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/disabling-and-enabling-apps-273875716.html)?
