@V MALLIKARJUNA hi and welcome to the community,
You can either use Automation, or Jira automation (if you have it or if you are on DC) and for sure you can use any 3rd party apps like JMWE, Scriptrunner, JWT to automate your subtask workflow creation.

Hello @V MALLIKARJUNA and thank you again @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ for mentioning us!
I am part of the Support Team of Decadis and I would be glad to share with you a possible solution with the Jira Workflow Toolbox post function Update or copy field values.
If you need to copy the value of a field of the parent issue to its sub-task when the latter is created, the use case Keep parent issue's priority in sync gives instructions to do this with the Priority field. The same instructions could be applied to other fields for the same purpose.
We also thought that other use cases like Copy the parent issue comments to its sub-tasks, Keep the priority of parents and sub-tasks in sync or the Keep the status of parents and sub-tasks in sync could be of your interest.
If you need more information about other implementations with JWT, please, visit our Use case library or contact us in this thread or via our Support Service Desk.
Best regards,
Vicente
