Hi Team,

Currently we have team of 250 users in Jira Server and we have subscribed for 250 users.

I wanted to buy plug in  for PDF exporter  can we restrict the users.

Like For 10 user it will cost for  10 USD can we buy this even if have team of 250 and can give access  only for 10 specific users?

Hello Anirudh,

To answer your question, the user tier of the any Atlassian add-on should match the user tier of the Jira Server.

So in your case, you will have to purchase the license for 250 users for PDF Exporter add-on as you have Jira license for 250 users.

I'm Yousef, I work at DEISER and we are a Gold marketplace vendor, one of our apps is Exporter, it helps you to export data not only to PDF as you ask but also to excel, or CSV in case you need it later.

As an administrator you could manage who you give access to, this way, if someone needs access, the admin will give it to them if needed.
