Jira Automation - Not finding issues

Duarte Meneses September 15, 2022

Hello,

I've created an automation rule with a query which finds 4 issues.

Unfortunately, when I run the rule, it does not perform any action, saying "No related issues could be found".

What can I do to solve this?

Thank you.

Hi @Duarte Meneses ,

did you remember to uncheck the box that says "Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed" ? This might be the reason why your rule does not run for any issues :

Let me know if this helps,

@Alexis Robert thank you for your reply. First, that option was checked, but even after I've removed it, I still have the problem.
