Is the Support Tools Plugin 4.0.2 plugin available in the atlassian cloud?

A client wants to migrate from inpremises server to atlassian cloud.
Is the same plugin available in the atlassian cloud too? 
And can we migrate data/settings too?

Hi @Aadhar Lamichhane ,

as per Healthcheck plugin, this plugin, that in the latest versions has been replaced by https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217696/troubleshooting-and-support-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview , is not necessary/available for the cloud.

All data for support/troubleshooting will be managed directly by Atlassian Team.
