How do I install JIRA Software after JIRA Core upgrade?

Hello, I upgraded JIRA Core to the latest version (v7.9.1) and I am having issues with the licensing. After loading JIRA, the license was not automatically updated so my only option is to 'install' But when I click install, I get an error message saying to 'refer to the logs'... which isn't very helpful. Any ideas?

Hello Francesc,

I followed these posts but none of them actually worked. I ended up having to do the following:

1. Stop Atlassian Services
2. Stop SQL Server
3. Restart Server
4. License was automatically populated and installed.

Very odd but worked!
