For security reasons, our jira application is not connected to the web and therefore it's not connected to Atlassian market place. We are looking to update our Jira software to the latest version (so from 7.11.1 to 8.8.1) and I'm unsure how to check if our add-ons have the correct version to be able to do this? Is there another way to check without being connected to the market place
Hi @Amy_Jones ,
if your instance is not connected to the internet, you will have to do this check manually : for each addon, go to their Marketplace listing and click on "Versions" and then "See all versions" :
This will lead you to the page with all the addon versions and its Jira compatibility : you can then check for a versions that is compatible with your target version (8.8.1 in your case).
Let me know if this helps,
