Hi y'all!
I was wondering if there is a way to create multiple issues of the same type and assign each to an individual user in an automated way.
Example:
Each dev at company XYZ gets a ''learning time ticket'' that is created each sprint.
Rule:
create a ''task'' that will be populated and automatically assigned to each developer. At the end, every dev gets an individual ''learning time ticket'' assigned at the beginning of the sprint.
Appreciate any help
Hi @[deleted]
Do you have access to Automation in your cloud Jira?
You can create a rule triggered by the "Sprint Create" or "Sprint Start"
I'm not sure how you loop over the team members. You will probably need to define and action per member manually.
@Tom Lister Thanks, I went with creating an action per member, it works.

Hi @[deleted] - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You can certainly do this with an Automation rule. We do something very similar.
