Best paid courses or certification

I've been using Jira for the last year or so but definitely know we're not leveraging all that we can with Jira. What are some recommended paid courses or certifications you all would recommend? I'm wanting to really roll up my sleeves and dig into Jira. Any courses on best practices for project delivery may also be helpful. Thank you!
