ROVO --> Business Project --> Assets (Jira Cloud)

I'm trying to create a Rovo agent to optimize one of the repetitive tasks of the sales team: creating contracts for products and services sold based on a work item from a business project where the work item reads an attribute from an assets schema. When running the agent, it returns a 401 - Unauthorized error. We've already granted access to the atlassian-addons-admin group, but it still returns the same error. Note that when we ask the agent to read any other custom fields from the work item, the agent works normally. How can I solve this?
